Sureeporn joined the RSM team of professional recruitment consultants in 2005 having commenced her professional working career in 1999.  She has been working in this field with various international recruitment firms for a number of years and has a further 3 years administrative experience in a well established international law firm.  Her extensive range of practical experience covers all aspects of recruitment from administrative coordination of schedules, databases and incoming resumes, to assignment management and direct interaction with candidates and clients. 

During her time at RSM she has developed a reputation for integrity and attention to detail.  She has an intricate understanding of, and is continuously involved in, the entire recruitment process.  She negotiates with clients in order to establish contract details and service agreements.  She liaises with clients in order to gain an accurate understanding of the preferred candidate’s profile and is also responsible for following up with successfully placed candidates and closing contracts.

Sureeporn’s exceptional academic background is highly relevant to her continuing professional success.  She earned a Master’s Degree in Labour Economics and Human Resources Management from the highly respected Chulalongkorn University.  Her ability to communicate with international clients in English stems from her Bachelor’s Degree in Business English.
