Suchadee has been working at RSM since 2005, during which time she has established and maintained excellent working relationships with a number of client companies.She is responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates at the executive level.

Suchadee brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the operations of RSM Recruitment.  She has been working in the area of executive recruitment for many years having commenced her professional working career in 1995.  During her time as Branch Manager for an international executive recruitment company she was responsible for establishing operation procedures, internal recruitment and training of new staff and the planning and development of sales strategies.  She has also participated in the development of recruitment operation software.
