Sethaphong brings an extensive range of skills and experience to RSM.  He has been working in the field of international finance and banking since 1995.  He completed a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Finance and Banking at Thammasat University before moving on to achieve a Master of Science in International Business with a certificate in Finance from South New Hampshire University in the United States.  His professional experience covers many areas of corporate finance and consulting, though he has developed particular expertise in the areas of: financial modeling and analysis; special asset management; corporate debt restructuring and non performing loans; credit history analysis; as well as financial controls and planning strategies.

During his time at Bangkok Bank, Sethaphong managed a portfolio of 2,024MB that included 30 clients in a variety of industry sectors such as Hospitality, Real Estate and Construction, Steel and  Plastic Manufacturing, Electronic Wire and Cable Manufacturing, Education and Services.  Whilst at RSM (Thailand) he has performed share valuation and financial projections of Thai-Japanese Aluminum a manufacturer for the automobile industry, completed and presented loan portfolio valuation reports and financial analyses to the Financial Institutions Development Fund (Bank of Thailand) and various international banks, conducted a market feasibility study for a New Zealand security door manufacturer planning to invest in Thailand, and advised a software company on its search for potential investors and venture capital funding.

Sethaphong has also been active as a guest speaker at universities, graduate schools, and education institutions around Thailand, covering such topics as, Credit Management, Understanding the Financial Pages, Internal Consulting Skills, and Debt Restructuring in Thailand.
