Kumthorn joined RSM Advisory (Thailand) Limited as a Litigator in 2008 and he has had extensive experience as a Legal Consultant to a number of firms in Thailand.
Principal area of practice
Since entering the professional arena of law in 1998, Kumthorn has amassed a wide range of experience in litigation, contract drafting, liaising with Government Departments, corporate registrations, and developing legal opinions. He is licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand both as a Lawyer and as a Notary Services Attorney.
His recent work experience has centered on Corporate Litigation within the Civil and Labour Courts of Thailand where he has been involved in more than 200 cases with a significant number of successful outcomes.
As well as having an in depth knowledge of the Thai litigation process, Kumthorn also has significant experience covering most areas of Thai Law.
