Prawit joined RSM in 2004 but began his professional working career in November 1986.   

Prawit has managed various listed and non listed professional audit assignments of multinational corporations in a wide and diverse range of industries including large scale financial infrastructure institutions.

Having worked for both local and international auditing firms, Prawit has also participated in several special audit assignments in relation to financial due diligence reviews and other consulting services including internal audits. During his five year tenure at Price Waterhouse Coopers Prawit was appointed Auditor in Charge of Subsidiaries of US Banks which included auditing the financial statements of these organizations for compliance purposes.  Furthermore,he has provided accounting advice on asset securitisation to the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Prawit is a fully certified practising Thai SEC public company auditor.

Prawit has earned an outstanding reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and innovative leaders in his field.
