Pardorn has been working in the corporate and commercial law field since 1998 and is now a key member of RSM Thailand’s legal capability. His experience includes a full range of practice in corporate law including the establishment and restructuring of companies.

Pardorn has advised Thai and international clients on corporate law, commercial law, foreign investment, commercial contracts, immigration law, labour law, real estate and litigation.

Pardorn graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a LLB and later obtained a Barrister degree from the Thai Bar Association and a LLM from Chulalongkorn University. He is fluent in both Thai and English.
