Mike stated his career in 1986 working for ICL, Britain’s biggest computer company at the time. His primary focus was on the telecommunications industry. In 1990, Mike moved to the USA where he set up and ran a successful high-end remodelling company.

Mike has lived and worked in Thailand since 1998 where his initial focus was on Thailand’s fledging Internet industry. Following two years as the start up representative of Europe’s leading recruitment website, Mike founded Thaigolfer.com which continues to be the leading golf website in Thailand.

Mike currently heads up RSM Recruitment the RSM group’s executive search arm. RSM Recruitment has assisted many of its International and Multinational clients in sourcing ‘hard to find’ mid to senior level professionals for their Thai operations. Mike has developed a detailed understanding of the Thai recruitment market and with his extensive contacts and solid understanding of the local business environment, Mike is well placed to build on the growth of RSM’s recruitment services division.
