From the beginning of her working career in 1995, Jaruvan has focused on developing her skills and experience in business law areas, particularly in investment matters. After graduating with an LL.M., she practiced in commercial litigation and contractual law primarily tasked with the settlement of breaches of contract and damages claims.

Jaruvan has assisted and advised international clients in several areas of Thai law including criminal matters, civil and commercial cases and, contract drafting and dispute resolution situations involving labour laws.

Jaruvan currently serves as the company’s primary Legal Manager in all areas relating to labour, contracts, regulation compliance, corporate documents and any related Thai law issues.
