RSM Thailand provides
recruitment services to a number of international companies
representing a wide range of industries. We would like to stress
that all searches carried out by RSM Recruitment Services are
performed according to the highest standards of professionalism and
confidentiality.
We use both
innovative techniques and traditional methods in order to find well
qualified candidates. Our primary focus is on mid to senior level
management positions. Once engaged as recruitment consultants we
take the following steps:
1. In-depth client
meeting. Our assigned consultant will meet with you to gain a clear
understanding of your specific needs. There are two key outcomes of
this stage, firstly to get a full understanding of your company and
the industry it is in, so that we can establish the working
environment which the successful candidate
will enter. Secondly, it enables us to agree on a specific job
description for the position you are seeking to fill.
2. We then begin to
target potential candidates for the vacant position. We use a number
of techniques to identify candidates, whose credentials match the
vacant position, including searching through our extensive in-house
resume database, posting the opening on the RSM Thailand corporate
website and where necessary, we propose the placing of a specific
advertisement in a high circulation, or in certain cases industry
specific, publication in order to maximize the reach for potential
candidates.
3. We then carry out
in depth interviews of prospective candidates at our offices. We
seek to compare candidates against the agreed criteria, specifically
assessing their strengths, weaknesses, aspirations and
language/communication skills. A shortlist of qualified candidates
is created and references are checked.
4. The short listed
candidates are then presented to you along with our written report
providing an overview of their credentials and our specific
recommendations. Our consultant will then assist in setting up the
final interviews.
5. Once a candidate
has been selected, using our knowledge of local and international
markets, we can assist in negotiating compensation package that will
be competitive and equitable from both your and the candidate's
point of view. We also follow up with the successful candidate
during their probationary period to ensure a smooth transition into
their new job.
Our initial search
and identification of prospective candidates is usually completed
within one to three weeks. Our screening and interview process,
leading to the presentation of a candidate short list, is also
usually completed within one to three weeks. As such, most searches
are completed within two to six weeks. We will however, at the
outset of each assignment provide an estimated time frame for
completion.
We offer a four month
guarantee on all our placed candidates, based on the maximum
probation period allowed under Thai law. If one of our candidates
leaves your company for any reason (other than redundancy) within
four months of commencing their job, we will repeat our search one
time at no extra cost to you. We would like to stress, all searches
