RSMT provides corporate secretarial services to international companies representing a wide range of activities.  In addition to handling corporate registrations, RSMT also assists companies in fulfilling statutory requirements including annual returns to the Companies’ Registrar.  RSMT also completes corporate amendments, such as the amendment of shareholders and / or directors, the registration of increases in capital and the amendment of registered addresses. RSMT's corporate secretarial clients include large international insurance groups, US direct sales companies, IT consultants and manufacturing entities.

A further service RSMT provides is that of processing work permits and visas on behalf of expatriate employees within client companies.
