RSM Audit Services (Thailand) Limited ("RSMAS") provides annual audit services to a number of international companies in a wide range of industries. The RSM International "sign-off" procedures have been implemented to ensure that international standards of auditing are maintained as audits carried out by RSMAS are subject to regular inspections by RSM International.

Our philosophy is to provide a pro-active and value added service to all audit clients and to be responsive to client needs, providing a real alternative to the "Big 4" auditing firms based in Bangkok. To achieve this goal we ensure that management's concerns are addressed.  Upon completion of our audit we provide results to the client in an internal control memorandum, which will if necessary detail weaknesses in internal control systems or potential exposure to tax liabilities.  In cases where such concerns are raised we will recommend a plan of action as to how these may be best addressed.

The RSMAS client base includes a number of Thai-listed companies specialising in construction, hospitality & media as well as a number of manufacturing, service and educational establishments.  In addition to statutory audits, RSMAS offers due diligence, special audit and review services.
