Bachelor of Law, Thammasat University

Since entering the professional arena of law in 1998, Kumthorn has amassed a wide range of experience in litigation, contract drafting, liaising with Government Department, corporate registration, and developing legal opinions. He is licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand both as a Lawyer and as a Notary Services Attorney. He graduated from Thammasat University with a Bachelor of Law.

His recent work experience has centered on Corporate Litigation within the Civil and Labour Courts of Thailand. He has been involved in more than 200 cases during his career and has achieved significant successes.

Kumthorn currently serves as Litigator to RSM Thailand. He also acts as a Legal Consultant to a number of firms in Thailand and as a Director for a company involved in website development and internet service provision.
